The design of the remodelled city quarter blends harmoniously into the urban environment while making a bold architectural statement. The horizontal and vertical forms in the façade create a refined yet dynamic texture, subtly revealing the underlying structure. The carefully selected materials convey elegance while supporting exceptional energy efficiency. The base of the tower structure has been removed, enhancing the redesigned tower’s striking appearance. Meanwhile, a lively, green city square inside the block creates an inviting environment where people can spend time and relax.
